Why ties?

The tie just happened to be where we started.
How one small piece of fabric came to mean ambition, authority, seriousness. How something so ordinary spent centuries attached to one idea of power.

The intention is not to reinvent the tie. It's to remove the invisible asterisk that said not for you.

Trouble begins with a tie. Not because it's the most important or the most beautiful thing we'll ever make.
But mostly, it's an excuse to take up a little more space.
